The music in SCP: Secret Laboratory is a mix of tracks taken from SCP: Containment Breach and some original compositions created by Ajoura and Jacek "Burnert" Rogal.

Jacek created most of the ambient music within the game, such as Doctor Lab, or Melancholy.
Ajoura originaly made music for SCP: Containment Breach. Part of the SCP: Foundation music they made is used as the Alpha Warhead Detonation music. (~30 seconds in)

Trivia[]
- The old Title Theme of Secret Lab features radio chatter from the MTF units from Containment Breach (These lines include "Come on out, you're gonna die anyway" "I spotted SCP-106!" and "Forget about the D, we gotta run!")
- The music We Gotta Run used to be the spawning music for the MTF but was replaced in favor for the Containment Breach announcement, before being replaced again with a new C.A.S.S.I.E. announcement.
